We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- Return window: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- How to start a return: Email us at info@ordalyne.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you the return instructions.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full at no extra cost.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, used filter cartridges cannot be returned.
